Application Deadline is Oct. 31 for new Sonoma Affordable Housing
Move-in is expected in February at the Valley Oak Homes complex on Lyon Street.
Applications are due by tomorrow for an "affordable housing" complex due to open in Feburary in Sonoma. The 43-unit Valley Oak Homes complex is under construction on Lyon Street, just off Sonoma Highway near West Napa Street.
Apartment rent will range from $425 to $1,064 for units with one, two or three bedrooms. Income restrictions will apply. Amenities will include a clubhouse, Internet access and a community garden.
The complex is being developed by Affordable Housing Associates, a non-profit group based in Berkeley.
