Summertime Book Study Group: "Joy in Everyday Life"

You are invited to join us on all six Sundays (or drop in as you can) as we read together and discuss selected dharma texts that all consider the question, "Where do we find joy in our lives?" The selected readings have been chosen from the "Joy in Everyday Life" class syllabus and include the wisdom writings of Pema Chodron, Chogyam Trungpa and Sakyong Mipham.

Designed especially for past (and recent) participants of the Joy in Everyday Life class series who may not have had the opportunity to delve as deeply as they would have liked into the suggested readings during the period in which the class was offered, these informal study groups are suited for those at every level of practice and study and could even serve as an introduction to those who are brand new to the Shambhala Buddhist teachings.

All are welcome!
