Five Things To Do This Week: March 28

Jazz for your meal, grab some wine on tap and the Girlfriends Getaway wrap up.

SAVOR A TUNE, ALONGSIDE DINNER

Catch some jazz this Monday and Wednesday at March 28 Josh Little plays; Wednesday, March 30, The Core (an acoustic classical-fusion act) is on the roster. Music starts at 7 p.m.

Wired Sonoma brings on board KnowMe and Winergy for tech know-how presentations on Tuesday, March 29. Still haven't checked out Wired Sonoma? The group brings together entrepreneurs and technology and internet specialists during the last Tuesday of every month. Perfect for some business inspiration. Wired Sonoma meets at the (405 First Street West) 5:30- 7:30 p.m.

LAST CHANCE TO CHECK OUT THE PRESENTATION SCHOOL

NIGHT HIKE

Now that the Montini Preserve () take a chance to check out the open space at its most romantic. Historical ecologist Arthur Dawson and Director Richard Dale team up to lead a night hike at Montini Preserve, Thursday, March 31 from 7 till 9 p.m. This educational hike, for intermediate to advanced hikers, takes advantage of the nighttime setting for some stargazing. Hike is free but reservations are required by 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 30. Phone Elly Seelye at (707) 996-0712 x 124 to reserve.

DON'T MISS THE WRAP-UP

On Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m., El Dorado Corner Café demonstrates their new-ish wine on tap system at "Thirsty Girls," a women-centric cocktail hour.  Television host and wine expert Leslie Sbrocco will get you up-to-speed on wine, while chef Justin Everett prepares some delicious nosh. All for $25. On Friday, March 31, the Mayo Girls serve an array of wines with at two-for-one prices. Get thee to (13101 Arnold Drive) from 10:30 a.m. till 6:30 p.m.
