Sonoma Crawl with Aqus Community

The first Aqus Community Crawl is coming to Sonoma on Saturday October 8th.  Three Sonoma Valley businesses are partnering together with Aqus Community to create this friendly and free event.  The El Dorado Café will be kicking off the event at 6pm with a light menu followed by Sisters Consignment Couture who will be offering refreshments and discount shopping for Crawl participants.  The crawl members will then walk across the park to Katmandu Corner (backroom at Taste of Himalayas) featuring a great music venue.  Specially priced traditional Nepali delectables and beverages and paintings by Yuvak Tuladhar will be available. The Crawls come with a ‘Theme” for the night.  This night’s theme is “Boas, scarves & neckties.  Crawl participants are also to bring a photo of themselves as a youth when they were most inspired. The Crawls were founded over 8 years ago by John Crowley owner of Aqus Café in Petaluma.  Crowley’s love for Sonoma and friendship with Sonoma Valley resident Kathleen McCauley Anast were both inspired to bring this fun and intimate event to the Sonoma Valley community to enjoy.  Crowley is launching the Aqus Community which purpose is to build a vibrant and engaged ‘real-person community’ by bringing people, businesses, and nonprofits together in a way which fosters a more trusting, respectful and healthy society.  For the itinerary for this first crawl and more information, go to http://www.aqus.com/crawl/sonoma if you wish to inquire by phone please call Kathleen at 707/287.0546.  We hope to see you there!
