Sonoma's Bear Flag Celebration

Join Native Sons of the Golden West at the Plaza this afternoon for Sonoma's annual "Bear Flag Celebration," commemorating the Bear Flag Revolt of June 14, 1846.

The day kicks off with a proclamation at 11 a.m. at the Bear Flag Monument, and moves on to a chicken barbeque from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.  For $25, tack on a pass to the Microbrew Festival, where you can wash down your grill with over 60-types of beer.
