4th of July Celebration at Centre du Vin

The Centre du Vin at the Ledson Hotel (www.ledsonhotel.com) is celebrating 4th of July Week with food and wine specials and expanded music hours in the evenings. Wednesday, July 4 through Sunday, July 8 guests can look forward to new American-inspired menu options daily, including ribs and chicken, fried mac and cheese, corn on the cob and collard greens. As a rare treat, the restaurant will feature the 2010 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir “Sweepstakes” winner and 2010 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc “Best of Class” winner. Every year on July 4 visitors flock to the well-attended historic Sonoma Parade. This year, parade goers will have the unique opportunity to reserve a prime seat in the outdoor dining area for brunch or lunch at Centre du Vin as the parade passes by. Dining tables during the parade can be reserved by calling (707) 996-9779. Limited space is available.
The bistro will feature a “Red, White and Blue” special. The award winning wines will be paired with the “Four-Star” awarded Blue Frites made with Rouge River Blue Cheese, regarded as one of the most delectable blue cheeses on the West Coast. This pairing will be available throughout the long holiday weekend. On July 4 and July 8 Centre du Vin brunch will be served from 9:00am to 12:00pm and on July 5, 6 and 7 we’ll open at the regular time of 11:30am.
