“Choose Your Evening Tour” at Maxwell Farms Regional Park

The Maxwell Farms Regional Park Stewardship is hosting a free evening of hikes. Choose the one that you like best! There are 50 acres of open space and riparian corridor along Sonoma Creek which most visitors have not explored.

The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a “bring your own dinner” meal at the picnic tables near the parking lot. At 7:00 p.m. the guided hikes in the Park begin! Choose from

  • “Native and Invasive Plants” led by Sonoma County Regional Parks staff
  • “Scavenger Hunt” led by Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley staff
  • “Geocaching Adventures” utilizing GPS units led by Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley staff

Hikes are appropriate for all ages with an approximate duration of 1.5 hours. Please bring a flashlight or headlamp. Please wear sturdy shoes you don’t mind getting dirty. No RSVP required. Hikes are subject to change without notice.
