Pre-Holiday Cooking Class

The Depot Hotel is offering a holiday cooking class. The class includes the chef demonstrating and serving the class a complete four course dinner with wines selected to match each dish. While demonstrating, the chef explains the history and techniques for each dish. Recipe book provided.
