Sonoma Valley Community Health Center - Breakfast for Dinner Fundraiser

Community Cafe is generously hosting a fundraiser for Sonoma Valley Community Health Center on Wednesday, August 8th at 7:00pm. The menu looks delicious, the company will be great, come join us for a meal and help to raise some money for the Health Center.

Sonoma Valley Community Health Center is a non-profit dedicated to providing quality healthcare to those who need it, especially the underserved.
