Sheryl Crow all in on Sonoma Winery Deal

Celeb partners with Chateau St. Jean in support of breast cancer charities.

Celebrity musician and actress Sheryl Crow has partnered with a Sonoma Valley winery on cross-promotion deal that will fund breast cancer charities.

The partnership between 9-time Grammy Award winner and the Chateau St. Jean winery announced today includes an 18-month “Soak Up Sonoma” programing contract featuring in-store activities, social media initiatives and music downloads.

The Sugarloaf Ridge winery will donate $1 for every wine bottle sold during the month of October to breast cancer charities (up to $100,000).

Crow, herself a breast cancer survivor, is an advocate for breast cancer research and awareness.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

"We are working on the upcoming 'Notes of Hope' program supporting breast cancer awareness and charities and I am thrilled to partner with a winery that wants to give back," Crow said in a prepared statement.

"This is a cause very close to my heart and to have the opportunity to team with a winery that shares my same passion is incredible. I am very proud to support Chateau St. Jean in this effort.”

The “Soak Up Sonoma” promotion offers customers free digital downloads of her new single, “Easy,” from her soon-to-be-released “Feels Like Home” album.

A December “Holiday Harmony” promotion will offer additional free downloads from “Feels Like Home.”
