Free to the Community Workshop from Sonoma Valley Hospital: Stress and the Holidays; Learn to Enjoy These Special Times of the Year

For many people the holidays means food, family, spending money, and added stress!  Luckily for us our Health Matters Sponsor – Sonoma Valley Hospital is offering a free workshop led by Patricia Brooks “Stress and the Holidays; Learn to Enjoy These Special Times of the Year” on Thursday Dec 12th from 12:00-1:00pm in the Basement Wellness Room at Sonoma Valley Hospital.  Bring your lunch and learn ways to truly enjoy your holidays.
