Centre du Vin Announces New Mid-Winter Menu

The seasons are changing and Sonoma Plaza’s hot spot, Centre du Vin bistro (www.CentreDuVin.com) is the perfect place to dine by the glowing fireplace inside the beautifully designed dining room with the new mid-winter menu prepared by acclaimed Chef Justin Bruckert. As the historic Sonoma Plaza bustles with visitor activity due to California’s rare winter dry weather, Centre du Vin offers guests an oasis of fine wine, specialty cocktails, and French bistro fare. Centre du Vin transports guests to a quaint Paris bistro without ever leaving Sonoma.
