Assassination of JFK revisited. Speaker to discuss "My Window on the Oswalds"

Ruth Hyde Paine, who offered up her home in Irving, Texas and lent other aid to the Lee Harvey Oswald family in the months leading to the assassination of President Kennedy in 1963, will be making her first public appearance in recent memory to discuss the historic tragedy and her personal association with the Oswalds.  She was one of the witnesses to the Warren Commission, and in fact, provided its most extensive testimony.  The Sonoma Valley Historical Society will sponsor the speaker, and the talk will take place at the Sonoma Valley Women's Club on 1st St. East.  For further information, contact the Depot Park Museum at 938-1762.  A donation of $5 is suggested for Society members and $10 for non-members attending the event.
