Barbara White Perry exhibit reception Friday, Nov. 1

An art exhibit reception will be held  on Nov. 1.

The awaited art show by Barbara White Perry will open on Friday, at 5:30 p.m. at the Joseph Hooker House.  Perry's noted artwork will include scenes from historic Sonoma and the beautiful Sonoma Valley.  A portion of the fee from the artwork sold will be donated to the General Joseph Hooker house, as well as the sale of notecards.  The house is operated by docents, who are members of the Sonoma League for Historic Preservation.

 

The artwork will be on display from Nov. 1 through December, and the house is open on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  Both the reception and admission to the exhibit are free.
