Cooking with Stone Edge Farm

Ramekins is pleased to
welcome Chef John McReynolds back to Ramekins on the heels of his much
anticipated Stone
Edge Farm Cookbook. In this, his
first book, McReynolds related how he sources and uses local and foraged foods,
demonstrating respect both for his ingredients and for the growers, farmers,
and fishermen who provide them. He has picked some recipe highlights from the
book and is excited to share them and show what is so special about all that is
Stone Edge Farm.
