Find out just how easy it is to churn cream into homemade butter flecked with horseradish and parsley, slowly stew winter fruits into a savory-sweet chutney, and whip up a batch of spiced pub mustard in 10 minutes flat. On the sweet side, we’ll transform sugar into a decadent salted caramel sauce and combine artisan chocolate and peanut butter into a sumptuous, bittersweet dip. With all these fabulously fresh condiments, we’ll need homemade crackers to spread, so they’re on the menu, too.
