An olive lover’s extravaganza
(Olivstravaganza?)!  The world of the olive comes alive in art,
olives, oils and more at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards. On your Olive Odyssey,
meet renowned home curing expert Don Landis and olive-curing hobbyists
from all over California sharing their recipes and techniques.  Take a tour of The Olive Press and
sample the gourmet oils they produce on site.  Get growing tips from Olive
Grove Nursery and speak with experts from
the  U.C. Davis Olive Center.   Feast your eyes on
olive-inspired art by local artists and literally
feast on olive-themed cuisine perfectly paired with Jacuzzi Family
Vineyards wines. From growing to curing to enjoying, you’ll traverse the
world of olives on this delicious journey.
