2 Suspects Arrested in Graton Casino Robbery in which 68-Year-Old Man was Badly Beaten

The Christmas Eve robbery victim was hospitalized with severe head trauma.

Two Santa Rosa men have been arrested in connection with a Christmas Eve robbery outside the Graton Resort and Casino, the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office said today.

Santa Rosa residents Ricardo Davalos, 21, and Devante Raushad Love, 20, were identified as suspects in the robbery, which occurred in the casino parking lot around 6:30 a.m., with the help of casino security, sheriff's office officials said.

Davalos was arrested in the Roseland area during a traffic stop, and Love was arrested at the county jail after detectives arranged for his surrender, officials said.

The victim in the robbery, described today as a 68-year-old man, was struck in the head with an unknown object and robbed outside the casino, according to the sheriff's office.

The victim said he was robbed by two suspects, who stole an undisclosed amount of cash and personal property, the sheriff's office said.

The victim was taken to Memorial Hospital to be treated for severe head trauma, the sheriff's office said.
