High School Student Cited for Flashing Penis in Class

A 17-year-old Sonoma Valley High School student got an eyeful during her sixth period class when a male student exposed his penis to her.

According to the police report, the young women was passing notes with a male classmate, 15, at 1:50 p.m. on Wednesday, while their teacher showed a movie. The young man passed a lewd drawing to the girl, who responded by saying she'd press charges if he tried to "show her his dick."

The boy responded by exposing his erect penis to the girl, for one-to-two minutes. The girl was reportedly shocked by the young man's penis and ran to the back of the classroom. The next day, she reported the incident the next day to a teacher, who made a formal statement to school administration and the police.

When confronted, the boy said that he hadn't intended to show his penis, but it "might have come out of [his] shirt, but only for a minute or two."

The boy was issued a citation for indecent exposure, and the case was referred to Sonoma County Child Protective Services.
