Things slowed down mid-week in Sonoma, but as the weekend approaches both the Sonoma Police Department and Sonoma County Sheriff’s arrest logs have begun to show activity.
On Thursday, April 18, at 11:47 a.m., a registered sexual offender on 1st Ave. in Boyes Hot Springs, Richard Garcia, 58, was arrested and booked on violation of probation and failure to register within five working days.
At 8:26 p.m. on Riverside Dr. in Boyes Hot Springs, Dwight Fuqua, 48, of El Verano, was arrested and booked on felony possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

At 11:24 p.m., Manuel C. Lopez Jr., 25, of El Verano, was arrested at Boyes and Myrtle in Boyes Hot Springs, and booked on misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation.
