Friday, July 1

DUI: At 8:18 p.m. an officer approached a blue BMW 740i, which had stopped in the middle of West Napa St. and First Street West, halting traffic. Inside, the officer found Nancy Latno, 52, who told the officer she'd had two beers with lunch on her way to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. Latno registered at .27 blood alcohol level, and was charged with one count of driving under the influence and one probation violation. She was booked into Sonoma County jail.

Sunday, July 3

Drunk in Public: At 11:42 p.m. an officer was dispatched to 990 Grove Street, following a report of a man who was throwing up. The deputy picked up a 19-year-old male, who had a .12 blood alcohol level. He was charged with one count of being drunk in public, and was cited and released to his sister.

Minor Possessing Alcohol: A patrolling officer found two boys, aged 22 and 20, and one girl, aged 18, drinking in Depot Park. The 20-year-old and 18-year-old were charged with drinking under age, while the 22-year-old was charged with a probation violation, for drinking despite a 'no posession' clause.

Drinking Under Age: Just before 1 p.m. deputies picked up a 17-year-old male who was about to urinate on the back wall of the Sonoma Barracks. He told the officer he'd drank two beers. He had a .07 blood alcohol rate, and was cited for drinking under age.

Monday, July 4

Drunk in Public: Police arrested a 24-year-old transient found sleeping on the 600 block of West Spain. He was charged with being drunk in public and violating probation.

Drinking Under Age: Police cited a 20-year-old Sonoma man, who they spotted drinking a 12 oz. beer in Plaza Park.

Tuesday, July 5

Broken Windows: At 1:33 a.m. an officer heard an alarm sound from the . He found two broken windows on the west side of the building. 

Petty Theft: A guest at reported that her bracelet was taken from the nightstand drawer where she'd left it.
