The massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School, Newtown, Conn., was the most highly-read story in Sonoma Valley

The Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings grabbed headlines throughout the country this week as it did in Sonoma Valley.

We published which occurred on Dec. 14, and readers of Sonoma Valley Patch anxiously logged on for the news taking place in Newtown, making it the top story of the week.
