Thursday, Feb. 17

Threads: Police cited a 12-year-old student at , who admitted to holding another student in a headlock and threatening to kill him. The victim says that the student threatened him with a knife, the student denies.

Friday, Feb. 18

Probation Violation: A Haven House resident, Brian Farwell, 48, was arrested after he showed up to the shelter drunk, in violation of probation terms, threw up in the kitchen and refused to clean it up. He was charged with a violation of probation and booked into county jail.

Sunday, Feb. 20

DUI: A man was driving east on East Spain Street with his wife when a dark SUV hit the back of their car, and then drove away. They followed the vehicle to 1965 Castle Road, where they found the driver, Regina Clyde, 41, at home. Police responded to reports that the woman appeared intoxicated. Deputies reported that her speech was slurred and they could smell alcohol on her breath, but she refused to give a breath test sample to deputies. The woman's husband said to police, "she's drunk, I hope she gets help." She was charged with a DUI and Hit and Run, and booked into county jail.

Tuesday, Feb. 22

Petty Theft: A woman reported that she lost her brown coach wallet at Blue Moon Saloon between 1 - 2 a.m. When she checked her accounts the next morning, they were missing over $1,000: $500 from her city bank accounts, $265 from Wells Fargo, and about $300 was charged to her Nordstrom account.

Trespassing: Someone broke the front doorknob of a vacant house on the 19,000 block of Fifth Street West to enter the property.

Wednesday, Feb. 23

Forgery: Sonoma Police responded to a report from the Sonoma Valley Community Health Center that a 22-year-old woman had altered a prescription for Vicodin, and attempted to fill it. The Vicodin, which was prescribed for an ear ache, was made out for 5/500 sized pills; the prescription was altered to read 7.5/500 pills. The woman said told police that she had written the extra number while attempting to clarify the meaning of the prescription, and forgotten that it was there. The case was passed to the Sonoma City Attorney for prosecution.

Forgery: A Sonoma resident reported that the Roseville Police Department had busted a suspect who'd attempted to cash several forged checks from her Sonoma-based business. 

Thursday, Feb. 24

Minor in Possession of Alcohol: Deputies cited a 16-year-old Sonoma Valley High School student who was found on campus with a Sprite bottle containing alcohol. An alcohol screening test placed the boys blood alcohol level at .06.
