Saturday, July 25

Use of a Concealed Camera: A 38-year-old woman reported finding a cell phone recording video of her in the shower at her Siesta Way home. The phone belonged to her 20-year-old daughter’s boyfriend, a 24-year-old Boyes Hot Springs man, who lives with them. The man told officers that he planned to post the video clips on the internet to humiliate his girlfriend's mother.

Wednesday, July 29 

Burglary: A resident of Perkins St. returned to her home at 9:45 pm to find someone had entered through through a glass sliding door. She reported a laptop, Nintendo Wii, cash, and jewelry missing.

Drunk in Public: A 25-year-old Sonoma man was found sleeping in the middle of Engler Street with his cell phone and money alongside him. He showed symptoms of intoxication and was transported to for treatment. He was charged with one count of being drunk in public and booked into Sonoma County Jail.

Sunday, August 3 

Noise Disturbance: Police were called by a resident of the 1200 block of Bragg Street who reported that his neighbor was blasting his radio at 5:10 am. The officers asked the suspect why he listened to talk news radio so loud, he said it was in retaliation of his neighbor's children, who according to him are loud during the day.

Drunk in Public: 32-year-old Daryl Pruitt was found drunk in the Plaza, violating his probation which prohibits him from being at the park and from consuming alcohol. He was arrested and booked into County Jail.

Minor in Possession: 18-year-old Kristopher Hagart of Brentwood, was
approached by an officer in civilian clothes after he noticed Hagart brandishing a 16-ounce bottle of beer at a recent race at . When asked about how he got the bottle, Hagart responded, “they sold it to me.” The officer, partnered with the California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control, found Hagart in possession of a fake I.D. and was cited for having fraudulent identification and being in possession of alcohol.

Possession of Dangerous Weapons: On an ABC Impact Inspections patrol, officers identified a gang member from a group of teens gathered in front of El Verano Market. Javier Chavez, 18, of Boyes Hot Springs was detained and searched and was found in possession of a double blade knife, a switch blade knife, a six-inch pocket knife, and a throwing knife. On parole for past gang related offenses, Chavez was booked for felony possession of dangerous weapons as an adult, and for violating his parole.

Possession of Alcohol in a Vehicle: Police pulled over a grey Toyota 4Runner after seeing it a spinning donuts in a dirt parking lot by off of Highway 12. The responding officer noticed a flask in the passenger seat, and after a search found Brennan Howell, 21, of Glen Ellen in possession of over an ounce of marijuana and an open container of vodka.

DUI: A tan Chevy truck was reported to be driving recklessly in the parking lot of , running over bushes and banks at 10:53. After being pulled over by , Kevin Watson showed sign of inebriety. The male passenger with him explained that Watson had picked him up at the El Verano Bar. Watson refused a sobriety test and was booked into County Jail.

Tuesday, August 5

Drunk in Public: At 1:40 am, Michael Hoefer, 24, of El Verano was found drunk, sitting with his head between his knees on the apex of the sweeping turn in front of . When the police found him his eyes were red and watery and smelled of alcohol. He was handcuffed, arrested, and put in jail.
