On the Agenda for Sonoma City Council, July 2

Certifying the vote and scheduling the next election are two of the items on the agenda for Monday, July 2.

 

The regular bi-weekly meeting of the is coming next Monday night, starting at 6 pm at the , next to the Police Station.

The regular meeting will be preceded by a Closed Session, which begins at 5. Items to be discussed in closed session include possible litigation over the County's claims that Cities are liable for the costs of closing and monitoring the ; and terms of lease for the .

The Consent Calendar has resolutions calling for combined municipal and statewide elections on November 6, various city appointments and reappointments, imposing a half-cent retail transactions and use tax, and formal approval of the Fiscal Year 2012-13 .
