Kenneth Donald Hutchins of Boyes Hot Springs faces life in prison if found guilty on nine felony counts of sexual acts with the Sonoma Valley girl.
The girl testified Thursday in the preliminary hearing in the Santa Rosa courthouse and the judge ruled that there's enough evidence for Hutchins to stand trial, according to the Press Democrat.

The girl told the court that Hutchins had given her beer and toys and performed sex acts with her in her home, often with family present in the home, according to the article.
