What's Open, Closed on Martin Luther King Jr. Day

City offices, schools closed; most businesses open

 

Today, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, is a federal holiday – meaning most government offices are closed and many businesses have reduced hours. 

Government: All government offices are closed – this includes city offices, and county facilities in Santa Rosa.

Trash pickups will run regularly; no mail pickup until Tuesday. 

Schools: The temporary branch of the is closed; schools are closed for a day of service.

Transortation: Sonoma County Transit is running on the Saturday schedule Golden Gate Transit is running on regular hours. The Golden Gate Ferry will be running on a limited holiday schedule. Get those times here.

Business: Most businesses will remain open, but many have reduced hours – so check ahead.  and  will remain open. Closed banks include: , Bank of America, , Westamerica,  and First National Bank of Northern California.
