The Soothing Vocal Stylings of....Teenagers?

At "Unplugged" the Valley of the Moon Certified Farmers' Market showcases Sonoma's teen bands.

Much has been made of the changes to Sonoma's Tuesday night Valley of the Moon Certified Farmers Market: There's the streamlined application process, the and the emphasis on local vendors.

Now, in the market's 'teen' section (read: behind City Hall) the market's "Unplugged" music series showcases the music stylings of Sonoma's younger residents. But, these bands aren't members of your average tone-deaf garage-band set - these pint-sized musicians can really carry a tune. 

Tonight, catch "Traffic Jam," a group of local kids who cover alternative artists: from Greenday to ZZ Top.  The band is made up of pre-teens and barely teens: Ryan Abshear, a 13-year-old student, and Tyler Meloan, 12, and Aaron Marcus-Willers, 12, who both attend the . The group played the market in May, tonight they're back with a strictly acoustic set.
