Summer Art Camps from Sonoma Academy of Dance & Arts

Sonoma Academy of Dance & Arts, the youth oriented dance academy that opened in 2005, is again running a summer camp program.

The camps are held in one-week sessions, from Archaeology to Amazing Race. The five-day week programs  start at 9:00 a.m. and run until either 2 or 4 p.m., depending on the camp. Cost is usually $250 each.

The camps are targeted to different age groups, for instance Giggles and Wiggles (July 1 – 3, just $115) for 2 – 5 year-olds; Camp Entrepreneur (July 22-26) for ages 11 – 14; and Teen Dance Boot Camp (June 24-28) for 11-17. Camps beginning the first week and last, June 17th and Aug 5th, will be held at the beautifully renovated Burlingame Hall (252 West Spain St.).   The large space has new brand new floors, high ceilings and lots of natural light. 

All other camps will be held at The Presentation School Auditorium (20872 Broadway).
