The weather is heating up, nights are longer and summer officially starts this weekend, which means it's prime time to head outdoors for al fresco dining. 

We searched Yelp.com for the top five Sonoma Valley restaurants that offer patio dining, according to reviewers. Did your favorite make the list?

Yelp.com reviewers gave top marks to the following restaurants that offer outdoor seating: 

Park 121, 23584 Arnold Drive: Many reviewers said they take advantage of the patio on warmer days. "On a sunny day where you can sit outside, this place is just perfect and they have the food to back it up," one person wrote. 

The Fremont Diner: 2660 Fremont Drive: "Great outdoor space for this casual, feel at home diner," one Yelper wrote. 

Taste of the Himalayas, 464 1st St E: Since it's small inside, most people dine outdoors here, according to Yelp reviews. 

Picazo Cafe & Deli, 19100 Arnold Drive: They grill outside on the patio, but only Friday and Saturdays currently. 

Sunflower Caffe, 421 1st St W: Yelpers described the patio here as "inviting," "spacious" and "gorgeous."
