Meritage Restaurant is a martini and oyster bar specializing in seafood. Headed up by Chef Carlo A. Cavallo who specializes in southern French & northern Italian regional cuisine, you will find a different menu for each season. In addition to the seasonal changing menu, the restaurant offers an extensive wine & martini list and a raw bar featuring local and Washington oysters. The restaurant in split between an elgant dining room and an old fashioned bar. It also offers outdoor tent seating.
