Owner and chef of Schellville Grill, Matthew Nagan, calls his cuisine CalItal. The American/Italian eatery is a favorite dining hall among local wine growers. He travels to Italy often and imparts his wordly knowledge to the Sonoma table. The pasta is hand-rolled fresh, with the lasagna being among the favorites on the menu. There is a homey feel about the place, carried out into a courtyard of outside seating. Schellville Grill was recently featured on the Food Network's Diners Drive ins & Dives. Live music plays on Saturdays.
