Sonoma Valley Community Health Center
Established almost 20 years ago, the Sonoma Valley Community Health Center is a non-profit health center dedicated to providing accessible health care for all. It offers a mobile medical van to reach those who cannot come to the center. There is a walk-in immunization program for both children and adults as well as psychiatry, mental health and substance abuse counseling on a rolling payment system. There is a confidential "Teen Health" night on Mondays from 5:30pm - 7:30pm
