While the lodge and restaurant are owned by a hotel chain, Carneros Bistro maintains a connection to local ingredients and cuisines, and provides a friendly, inviting atmosphere, including a full bar. A vegetable and herb garden surrounds the restaurant on two sides, and chef Falvo picks many of her fresh ingredients right there. Sommelier Sawyer offers a free "Grapes to Glass" wine education night every Tuesday at 5:30pm, which includes a wine tasting.
