The tasting room is often rented for private events, and can comfortably accommodate up to 50. They offer special wine and cheese tastings on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, with live music on Friday evenings.

Adobe Road Winery opened its tasting room in August 2010 on the plaza. It was just a hobby at first for owners Kevin andMore Debra Buckler, making wine with their personal vineyard. They were known for their custom crush. Positive feedback, however, turned hobby into enterprise, and soon the Bucklers had their own wine facility. The tasting room offers the Sonoma County Flight five for $5 and the Reserved Tasting five for $10. Tasting fee is waved with purchase. Cabernet sauvignon from Bavarian Lion Vineyards is Adobe Road's signature wine.

Grown and harvested in an historic Sonoma County vineyard, B Wise wines - sold under the label name "Trios" - can beMore tasted out of the Sonoma-Enoteca collective off the Plaza. The vineyard location, close to the famed Monte Rosso winery, is also the site of a 19th century rock quarry that according to legend provided a number of the cobblestones to pave the streets of San Francisco. Founder Brian Wise bought the property in 2000 and created a vineyard at the site with an eye for reclaiming his farming upbringing. Since 2002 the 100-acre estate has churned out its signature "Proprietary Red" blend and launched a high end cabernet through the "Brion" label.
