Chef Janine Falvo and sommelier Chris Sawyer bring diners "approachable modern Californian cuisine crafted from fresh,More seasonal, local ingredients," paired with local and imported fine wines. This restaurant is located inside of the Lodge at Sonoma, a Renaissance Hotel, right across Broadway from Train Town. While the lodge and restaurant are owned by a hotel chain, Carneros Bistro maintains a connection to local ingredients and cuisines, and provides a friendly, inviting atmosphere, including a full bar. A vegetable and herb garden surrounds the restaurant on two sides, and chef Falvo picks many of her fresh ingredients right there. Sommelier Sawyer offers a free "Grapes to Glass" wine education night every Tuesday at 5:30pm, which includes a wine tasting. Monday is locals night, when customers are invited to bring their own bottles of wine to enjoy with no corkage fee. On Thursdays, guest winemakers and proprietors come to share what they know during "Celebrity Wine Bartender" night. Established in 1901, the Sonoma Valley Woman's Club is a non-exclusive social organization, connecting Sonoma's womenMore for over a century. The club holds regular events to connect its members, including lectures, teas and socials, a holiday gift bazarre, and personal improvement seminars. The club meets regularly every third Friday, and "welcomes new members." The Woman's Club also holds regular fundraisers for the community; last year it donated almost $5,000 to a variety of local non-profits and schools.</p> <p>The building, built in 1915 as the permanent home for the league, holds a stage for lectures and theatrical presentations, a banquet room, and a full kitchen. The building is often rented out for weddings, meetings and other private social affairs.</p>

Harmony Lounge At The Ledson Hotel is connected to the Ledson Family Winery. The lounge is an ideal place for couples.More It has a low-key atmosphere with sophistication and slow-dancing sometimes occuring at night with a pianist at the grand piano. On the menu, there's light fare, such as Harmony butter salad, carpaccio and smoked Scottish salmon. There are also daily special favorites, such as pulled pork sliders with bourbon baked beans. The butterniut squash soup and artichoke bisque are favored by locals.
